OFÍCIO do governador de Cabo Verde, António Pusich, ao [secretário de estado da Marinha e Ultramar], conde dos Arcos [D. Marcos de Noronha e Brito], a remeter cópia de um ofício com documentos anexos, que escreve ao Presidente do Erário Régio, Tomás António de Vilanova Portugal, acerca das repulsas e chicanas que tem suscitado e vai suscitando Manuel António Martins, para iludir ou procrastinar o pagamento do quanto deve ao Cofre da Fazenda Real desta capitania, cujo carácter já tinha denunciado em ofício anterior.
