REQUERIMENTO do negociante da praça de Lisboa, Patrício Vasques, ao rei [D. João VI], em que, tendo contratos feitos com José Pereira Dultra e Joaquim Pereira Dultra constituindo uma sociedade de usufruto do brigue escuna Bem Feliz, queixa-se da má fé destes que não cumprem os mesmos, e vem pedir a S.M. que lhe nomeie um juiz privativo , a fim de não se ver envolvido no pleitos judiciais, cuja delonga resulta na total ruína do suplicante e vantagens aos suplicados.
