REQUERIMENTO do tenente-coronel graduado, adido ao Estado Maior do Exército e ajudante de ordens do governo de Cabo Verde, António Lourenço do Couto, ao rei [D. João VI], a pedir ordem para a junção do 2º requerimento, com o 1º e respectiva informação, para que por este meio satisfaça ao despacho do Conselho Ultramarino de 9 de Dezembro de 1825, prosseguindo-se nas mais formalidades, a fim de com menos delongas, obter de S.M., a justa e sempre benigna resolução a que aspira.
